We interviewed and met with 4 different realtors before choosing Taylor as our number 1 candidate. He instilled confidence, professionalism and he has a “go getter” mentality. One thing about Taylor that really stood out for me, was, he asked us about what type of neighbourhood we were looking for, what schools we wanted our daughter to go to, which walking paths are close by for our dog and family. He wasn’t just looking at a house for us, he was looking at the bigger picture. He wanted something for us in our best interest as a whole. Somewhere we could make this “house” our “home”. I believe whole heartedly he wants the best for his clients, and I would 100% recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Taylor and his team did a fantastic job. He is an incredibly knowledgable Realtor and we could not have asked for better. From start to finish he answered all our questions in a detailed but concise manner! Hack and Co maintain a vast wealth of knowledge about the real estate market and they were able to provide valuable information on the condominium market and how we should price our property. They were incredibly professional the entire time and Taylor would consistently pick up our phone calls or call back in an extremely timely manner. When listing the house they even put small information cards throughout with helpful information for potential buyers. Taylor sent personalized videos for even the smallest contracts walking us through the contents and he even sent a video which went through the performance of our listing after its first week on the market! We were also provided feedback after each showing which was incredibly helpful in informing us of any areas that we could improve on. I also want to give a huge shoutout to their photographer! We were shocked when we received the photos back because they did such an incredible job of capturing the essence of the property! Hack and Co turned an experience that we assumed would be stressful into one that was virtually stress-free. We want to give a big THANK YOU to Taylor and his team for the amazing job they did. We could not have asked for a better Realtor or a better experience and we highly recommend Hack and Co for all your real estate needs!
