After interviewing a couple of agents to sell our home I chose Holden Engley for a few reasons. I found him first and foremost to be very straight forward and honest. He came prepared and showed me exactly what my house was worth and why. He kept it simple and was very informative. I had heard he was a very good Agent and personable. I found this to be very accurate,he was also humble and listened to what we had to say as well. Holden is very dependable,hardworking and honest. Holden is a Real Estate Agent who understood my precise needs when I was buying a home. I was not familiar with the community and Holden helped me to become acquainted. We have moved to Edmonton from Vancouver in September 2018. Holden was extremely helpful and patient with us-since we didn't know the city he was able to show us a lot of properties in various locations, so we could get the feel of the particular neighbourhood. Holden went beyond basic service and even made sure all is in order after we moved in. We keep in touch, as he is a very affable person :-)
