As a former regional director of real estate tech sales at Realtor.com in the US I came home to the maritimes with high expectations for the professional I wanted to work with. My top 3 necessities were: lightning-quick communications/response, agility and experience in demanding negotiations, and patience to get it right. Unfortunately, we didn't find that triad of skills in our first attempts at finding representation; "2 of 3 ain't bad" is ok for music lyrics but not in the largest purchase of my life so far. We then got a referral to Christian. Christian excelled at the top 3 expectations and killed in so man other areas. The home we eventually bought was negotiated below asking, below my budget, and is a property that I've been asked "how did you get that?" multiple times since we finalized. Absolute dream. If you're looking for a realtor has who has been able to maximize his performance by utilizing the latest tech, and matched it with the skills needed to perform in a really tough market than call him.
