We were very pleased with the extent of research done around the market, enabling us to make an informed decision in the listing price for the house sold, and on the other side in the offer and settlement price for the new home purchased. This process was made so much easier for mom via the service Melody provided, any issues that arose in the inspection and RPR Compliance review were promptly resolved under Melody's guidance.
