He provided lots of knowledge on the comparable listings and understood our specific circumstances. Had good knowledge of the overall area. Did a great job of marketing the house with brochures and on-line materials. He has an excellent support team (helpful, friendly and responsive). It would have been helpful to better understand that any items you don't want included in the sale need to be taken down before the listing.

From listing our popeety and all the steps to getting ready for market the process moved quickly. The marketing, and help in the house staging, to the photos taken for the listing was first class and professional.
