In my opinion we could not have had a better agent. Simon was helpful and knowledgeable in every aspect in buying our home. He also has a great team working in his office. Simon put us in contact with his mortgage broker, home inspector and lawyer. Each of these groups were extremely knowledgeable, very helpful and so friendly. It was a stress free venture.

Simon was absolutely outstanding to work with. He has so much knowledge on the real estate market and the process that he was able to guide me towards or away from properties that raised red flags and had substantial support and experience from past clients that was incredibly valuable. His whole team was incredibly helpful and responsive through the entire process. I appreciated him being on my side through the transaction.

As the song says ‘You are simply the best, better than all the rest’. This describes Simon as our realtor. He and his team were always professional and extremely knowledgeable. He has had extensive experience as a realtor in Calgary and area and we had total confidence in what he could and would do. He listened, he heard and he respected our questions and opinions.
