By far the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. Was not pushy, looked out for your best interest. Always answered the phone either by voice or text, never left you waiting. Very organized and willing to help in any way possible. Very honest and professional. Cannot day enough. I would recommend Simon to anybody I know or don’t know. Simon will literally go out of his way to help you.

<p>In my small town the property I was selling was among the higher price homes and that made the sale more difficult in a downturn market. Simon and his team did an excellent presentation of the property to obtain for me a fair and reasonable price. There was a few glitches in the process as is normal but they were handled in a professional manner resulting in a satisfactory conclusion of the sale.This reaffirmed my decision to contract Simon and his firm as the best people for the transaction.</p>

<p>Consistently went above and beyond for us, even when parts of the process were challenging. Overall, my best experience with working with a realtor and FAR better than trying to monkey around on my own with private sales, etc. I would use Simon and his team again for sure.</p>
