Simon and his team marketed and sold our rural acreage faster than we though possible but with a possession date that worked perfectly for us. He and his team were very responsive and accommodating to our expectations and requests. We did not expect our property to be an easy sale but Simon and his team's professionalism and marketing exceeded our expectations, especially in a difficult market. Simon also sold a property for us in Calgary earlier in the year. That sale was very quick as well, and above asking price. Simon is by far the most professional realtor we have ever worked with and is extremely knowledgeable.
