This is our third sale with Simon, and we have been thoroughly impressed with how he goes above and beyond for his clients! Simon and his team helped us through the sale of our home in this complicated Covid market. They took what could have been a very stressful event and helped it feel simple and straightforward. We had a tight timeline to sell our home in order for our purchase to work out correctly and Simon and his team were able to make it happen! Simon’s expertise and knowledge is second to none and he was always able to answer our questions thoroughly. Simon was able to negotiate on our behalf to get us the exact terms we needed for our sale, and we are so grateful! His team is amazing- from the home staging advice to the photos & measuring and the help of the office with the administrative aspects, we always felt we were in such good hands. Simon and his team are true professionals and we have recommended them to many of our friends. There is no one we trust more to help us with our real estate needs!
