<p>Simon is as good as it gets folks. His professionalism coupled with his personal attention and care for each of his clients sets the bar as high as it gets for a real estate agent or any sales professional out there. He has also built a phenomenal team around him that employ his standards for excellence. I was referred to Simon many years ago and have completed a number of closures with him. His dedication to my specific needs amazes me each and every time. Simon puts your needs ahead of any sale or commission, he never rushes you and he is the first to point out any concerns he might have with a prospective property or buyer. I would recommend Simon to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Your only disappointment will be that you didn't find him sooner. I only wish i could employ his services in Ontario where I haven't found anyone remotely as good as Simon and his team.</p>

<p>We have been working with Simon on and off for the past couple of years while we decided if/when we would sell our house. Even before we were "seriously" looking, Simon was outstanding and is exactly what you would expect a professional real estate agent should be. His knowledge of the industry and practices made the buying and selling process much easier than I've experienced in the past with other agents. He also has a team behind him that go the extra mile to assist with any questions we had.</p> <p>10/10 would definitely hire Simon again (although hopefully not for a while!!)</p>

<p>I am not normally a person who writes a review, but considering how diligent Simon Hunt conducted himself as my realtor, I really had to spend a moment sharing with fellow home sellers.</p> <p>Like most sellers, I found myself needing to sell my home in a timely manner without sacrficiing my ability to get the best possible price for my property. Simon took the time to make sure we understood the steps needed to sell quickly AND get a great selling price - a hard task to say the least! Our listing was BY FAR, the most professional listing any of my friends or family had ever seen. The result? Lots of visits and we signed a deal in 2 weeks!
