<p>Very much in a buyers market and slumping Calgary economy so not a good time to be trying to sell. Great deal of work required on this 21 year old house to get it ready to list. Heather exceptional in assisting with obtaining qualified trades people at reasonable prices, something I would not have been able to do on my own. Heather also very involved in choosing new flooring, etc to remodel the home. Also impressed with her continued involvement to ensure conitional items of the sale are being completed.</p>

<p>Heather did an outstanding job! We found her to be an expert for the community of Douglasdale where we were selling and purchasing a home. Her approach to advertising and usage of social media to entice new buyers was impressive. Her photos of property and home pkg superior to any others.Her professionalism and friendliness made her top notch and actually made selling our home a breeze even in a down market.
