The Gaio Team was amazing throughout my search for a condo and I can legitimately say that I wouldn't have been able to get what I got. The search for a condo was about 3 months, and The Gaio Team was there immediately whenever I needed them. They were proactive and effective in adhering to my needs that were changing based on area, budget, and timeline. They were able to come to showings promptly and often, making it as easy as possible for me at all times. In terms of negotiations with realtors in getting the condo I fell in love with, they were able to get in lower than our budget, in a very difficult market.
