<p>Recently, I had the pleasure of dealing with John through the process of<br /> selling a property. I chose John Gaio for the first time, although I knew<br /> John for a long time because of his knowledge, common sense, enthusiasm and<br /> good communication skills. The property in question had water damage,<br /> required extensive renovations and progressive and adequate surveillance in<br /> the whole process and was located in a less favourable neighbourhood. John<br /> was able to help me at this stage with ideas, counselling and market<br /> know-how. Once the house was listed, John gave me regular updates of<br /> showings and feedback from potential buyers as well as market updates of<br /> the area and in general. I was most impressed with the price negotiating<br /> skills John showed. John would not cave in with the offer received, would<br /> maintain his cool, and rationally go back to the negotiations after my<br /> feedback to influence and convince the best possible result.<br /> Finally, it was a pleasure to deal with John Gaio since he is very<br /> personable and did the utmost to obtain the very best possible outcome.
