<p>Working with Sarah was a dream. She was knowledgeable, patient and professional. She was able to answer my questions and as a first time home buyer, Sarah made the process easy for my peace of mind.</p> <p>Sarah walked through every step of the home-buying process and was forgiving to my changing needs. When I bought a brand new home, she not only help with the purchase process but followed through until possession to make sure all my questions were answered and I was happy.</p> <p>I would recommend Sarah to anyone who is looking to buy a home!</p>

<p>Sarah was was recommended to me by someone very experienced in working with realtors. I was very clearly in my own mind in what I was looking for and the budget I was working with. Sarah very quickly understood my needs and the area of town I needed to be in for both work and staying close to my teenaged son.<br /> The transaction was painless (yes, that can happen in real estate!) I was so pleased with her efforts on my behalf that I recommended Sarah to my friend was trying to move a home in a 'hard to sell' location. Sarah closed that deal as well.<br /> I especially appreciated Sarah's knowledge of condos and interior decorating. She saw possibilities that I didnt and that helped in making my purchase.</p> <p>I hope to work with her again in the future.</p>
