The first thing that impressed us was the thoroughness of their work, and the prompt replies to questions and messages. We met with other realtors to get market evaluations, and Stephen’s was by far more rigorous and thorough. It was complete with comparable listings & recent sales, and a spreadsheet explaining why our house was evaluated at that particular price. The listing materials were also top notch. It included professional pictures, a virtual tour and a cool drone video. These materials, combined with the strategic timing of the listing, and the open house (included music and lighting supplied by Stephen) helped drive a significant amount of traffic to the house resulting in multiple offers. Stephen’s approach is different from most other realtors. He has a system that attempts to create a common starting point for negotiations, which helps to speed up the sale of the property. This is accomplished by having a property appraisal and a home inspection report done before you list the property. We would use them again in the future.
