I have bought and sold a few homes over the years and this transaction has been the most painless so far. More importantly, Phil and his decades of experience living and working in North Vancouver were an extremely valuable resource. Obviously his marketing approach and efforts were essential to obtain such a quick sale without having to accept less than market value. However, he also took the initiative to head up the entire process to get house ready for showing. The cleaners and yard maintenance people he has on speed dial did great work quickly and at a reasonable price. Given that I live an hour and a half away from the subject property, I also very must appreciated that he was alway available on short notice to deal with matters that were no necessarily related to the sale of the house or otherwise his responsibility. Phil, thank you very much. I can't recommend you enough to any one needing your services.
