Dean was readily available and very approachable with all of our questions . He was very detailed oriented and considerate with viewing's. We had a lot of viewings by him and other agents, and 3 offers. We couldn't have been more pleased with our selling price. And that Dean helped us acquire a $20000 over asking price profit.
