Dave has been absolutely wonderful through the not-so-fun ordeal of selling of our home. He responds quickly to calls and texts and never makes you feel like a bother or like anything you're asking is stupid. We had a first offer from a buyer that fell through after a protracted financing condition which led to us losing out on buying a home we really wanted. As a result, we decided to go off the market and stay put. Dave accepted our decision but called us a few days later saying he had a really serious buyer interested in our place. He assured us he wouldn't waste our time unless he believed they were truly serious. Although they were ready to make an offer after viewing our place, we didn't think we could find another place to buy and we were worried about selling (especially during COVID) and not having anywhere to go. We said no. Dave came back another day later and he and the buyers agent, along with the buyers, had come up with a plan of a lengthy closing followed by us renting our own place from them for a few months if we still needed time to find a place. We agreed (how could we not?!) and within a week we were both sold AND had put in an offer on a new place. We didn't need the rental option after all, but without it and all Dave's hard work, we never would be where we are today. We're so happy and so pleased that he was willing to go to such lengths to make things work for us. Thank you, Dave!
