Nicole Elfassy was professional and understood the timing required to make sure the property which we were required to sell as part of an estate was sold as quickly as possible at a price that met the expectations of the heirs who lived abroad. I grew up in real estate acquiring family and I was shocked by the low commission of 1% - not knowing what to expect. Nicole worked harder than agents who get much higher commissions, and I have known quite a few.
