⚡⚡⚡ Team Elfassy strikes again ⚡⚡⚡ 4 in a row for the Team. This time with Nicole taking the point, I was sure about the final results. Nicole not only knows her Real Estate, but doesn’t talk to you like an Agent, rather a Friend! Nicole takes the time to understand the buyer and their needs before progressing to the next step. If I asked about a specific property, she would tell me if it’s right for me or not. She would say “I’m not selling you this property, it’s not right for you”. We looked at a few properties in the area I was looking for, but just didn’t find the right fit. Nicole kept on it and recommended a property that I just didn’t find the pictures to tell the right story and kept putting it off until she asked me to have an open mind. I agreed, and I was surprised that the property was just what I wanted. She hit the nail right on the head, and within 4 hours the deal was signed. Way to be Nicole!
