I initially reached out to Team Elfassy to see if they would be a good fit to sell my property. When Dave Elfassy replied back with an in-depth consultation video about my property I right away knew that they stood out from the rest! I was then put in touch with James Frodyma, who came on-site and gave his honest opinion about the property, market conditions, when to list or hold until later and of course what should be done to make the listing show its best. Luckily we were able to get the property ready to list about 1 week later and their stager Erin came in to make the unit perfect. They then had photos/videos/3d walkthrough/drone footage completed of the property before creating their own personal website for the property. Once the listing went up James ended up going back and forth with all parties involved and gave his honest opinion each time on what I should do. In the end our property sold in under 2 days with a record breaking amount with almost 100% of showings putting in offers, some even before coming to see the unit.
