What I needed from an agent was a tall order. I was going to be in town for 72 hours one month before I had to be moving in. I was relocating from Ontario and had only been to Edmonton once before for a separate 72 hours with little time to see the city. I reached out to Christine with less than two weeks before my house hunting trip. She called me back within hours and I explained my situation which included providing a list of 52 properties I was interested in. Testing the waters I commented that I'd like to see "at least 25 of them" thinking this was an unreasonable ask. In one weekend, Christine not only managed to show me 30+ properties, she showed me around the city, shared her experiences and gave advice that I know now to be entirely genuine and helpful to a transplant, and facilitated an offer and purchase of a condo. Christine was phenomenal throughout the process and turned what should have been a daunting process into the pure excitement that we all want out house hunting/buying to be.
