Cheryl was an absolute pleasure to work with helping us navigate the lengthy processes of acquiring a new home. We were working to meet a very tight timeline where Cheryl really made us feel like a priority, helping us move as quickly as possible through the various stages where she provided advice, recommendations, and a strong voice for us through our negotiations. She really put in extra effort going beyond her duties to help with some of our more unique challenges we were navigating and alleviate some of the stresses involved. She cheerfully provided all that she could offer, helping guide us through each step of the way through to transitioning onto the new property and insuring we were happily settled in.
