<p>Selling a condo during Covid is especially challenging. But Rennaye proved to be up to the challenge!<br /> At all times she was optimistic but realistic. She gave sound advice, and organised some work that would make the condo more appealing (we were out of town). She always ensured that we were kept in the loop - she has excellent communication skills. She guided us through the whole process and when it came to offers/counteroffers her advice was wise. She was extremely professional in all interactions. We would have no hesitation in recommending her.</p>

<p>Rennaye Miller worked hard for us through the long months of COVID, when sales were slow and viewings almost non-existent. It is to her credit that she never lost perspective that 'it only takes one' (buyer) to make the sale happen. When the offer came, Rennaye stepped up to the challenge to get us the best deal possible. We would absolutely ask Rennaye to handle the purchase or sale of our next property :)</p>

<p>When we decided to move to the Edmonton area from BC, we called Rennaye as we have known her for years as an honest, caring person. She set up viewings and showed us only properties that met our requirements. Once we had chosen our new home Rennaye was immensely helpful and thorough during the long-distance negotiation process – many calls and e-mails. She referred us to a qualified home inspector and assisted us in having all the corrections completed. It became apparent that the seller’s agent was inexperienced and made numerous errors which Rennaye identified and had corrected. Our BC property closing date was delayed and Rennaye was able to negotiate an extension of our possession/closing date in Fort Saskatchewan without penalty to us. There was a serious backlog with the Titles people which she was able to navigate so we did not arrive in Fort Saskatchewan homeless for a month. Because of all the extra effort and work that Rennaye put in on our behalf we sincerely recommend Rennaye’s services to anyone looking for a Real Estate Professional. She is honest, patient, courteous, experienced and deeply knowledgeable in all real estate procedures</p>
