Maggie lives near Gage Park in Hamilton with her daughter and mother in a substantially renovated house, originally built in 1929. After buying it in 2010, Maggie decided that it needed to fit her family situation better and decided that the house needed an overhaul. So she embarked on a year-long renovation project — which has given her more knowledge of navigating city permits, dealing with contractors, choosing finishings and dealing with the stresses of going over budget than she ever wanted.

The bright side is being able to pass on her experience and knowledge to anyone considering a renovation — whether it’s a kitchen or bathroom reno or a full on down-to-the-studs project.

Maggie bought her 1st investment property back in 1998 and has continued to invest in real estate as a form of retirement plan. With her background in property management, investment and dealing with tenants Maggie has honed her negotiation and marketing skills. And her passion for real estate — and for building lifelong relationships with her clients — has put Maggie in the top 10% of Hamilton-Burlington REALTORS®. Word-of mouth-referrals really are the highest compliment, and they’re how she has grown her business over the years.

Maggie is a lifelong environmentalist and proud recycling advocate, with a high focus on reuse and recycle wherever possible to support our planet. Maggie volunteers with a lot of Senior Organizations and is on board of HDAA, the Hamilton and District Apartment Association working with Landlord and Tenant issues.
