That included finding us a stager that could meet with us and stage the house in a matter of days (and she did a great job too). We ended up getting a great price for our house, especially considering the shift in the market. I don’t think we would have received the amount we did if not for the high traffic and multiple offers that followed - a direct result of their marketing. At offer time, they walked us through the options clearly and guided us appropriately. Their negotiation skills and calm affect were key during this high-stress time. In addition, Mattin was great to work with; quick and clear responses to any questions or concerns and he made us feel at-ease during the process.
