Jim took the time on the initial visit to thoroughly outline and discuss with us the complete process of selling our house. Jim was always attentive to concerns that we shared throughout the preparation and selling journey. The summer of 2024 was a particularly trying time but he remained upbeat but at the same time realistic with the challenges that were present then. Jim facilitated a wonderful staging of our home with minimal disruption to us but with very effective results.
