Janis is by far the best realtor in Merritt. She had the answer to all my questions and got things done as quickly as possible. Even though i'm no longer looking for housing I can still call her to ask questions about commercial space and rental property options for business. I would recommend her for the use of purchasing a house, selling a house, buying a business and buying commercial realestate.
