Cody Goodyear is our go to realtor. He made buying our first home a breeze. We had previously worked with multiple realtors, however none were able to provide us with the expertise and knowledge that Cody has. Mr. Goodyear had taken us to about 20 viewings and helped us find the perfect place that fits the entire family’s needs. His informative and knowledgeable perspective on today’s housing market is admirable. If you want a realtor that will answer your phone, call no matter what, negotiate the best terms and even assist in arranging finance you want Cody Goodyear.
