Wayne was very patient and thorough explaining the process of selling my home. His years of knowledge and expertise made the experience easier. Wayne went over and above to sell our house organizing open houses, marketing the house through social media and his contacts. He was always available to chat and kept us informed along the way. I would highly recommend Wayne for buying and selling your home.

Wayne has a friendly, jovial personality which he combined with extensive, up to date knowledge of properties relevant to the one which i was selling. He also made an excellent reference for painting work that needed to be done.
