Vadim and his team were on the ball from day one - they did market analysis the very first day and told me what would be a reasonable rent to ask for given current market conditions(actually - more than I have expected); they got multiple showings in the first week and we got 4 credible offers within less than 3 weeks. Vadim provided me with a detail breakdown of pros and cons for each potential tenant and we agreed on the one we were both comfortable with. He did a thorough background check on the couple including getting in touch with their employers and calling previous landlords. What can I say - the guy is amazing!! Definitely recommend.
