<p>Tracy was recommended to us from my sister.<br /> Although I had bought several homes in the past, I wasn't ready for such a fast paced process. Many things had changed and Tracy was great at explaining everything.<br /> We were fortunate in finding the perfect house rather quickly and Tracy made us feel confident by pointing out important details.<br /> We thought for sure that we would be outbid, but somehow, and I don't know how, but Tracy's negotiating skills and quick work, along with some magic I'm sure, closed the deal!<br /> We were truly shocked and so very grateful!<br /> Tracy was exceptional at leading us through the entire process, especially at the end with so many details to get through. Tracy was always very knowledgeable as we went through many homes. Enjoyed working with Tracy - she was recommended to me by a Toronto realtor as experienced in the Niagara area. And she was! I liked the fact the it was always easy to reach her & she was responsive to any suggestions I had. And was very cooperative in working within my timeframes for viewing. Can hardly wait to move in to the new house I will own shortly.

Tracy was a first time home buyers dream! She was thoughtful and helpful in every step of the process. She was always available and would answer any questions. She gave us her complete honest opinion of each house we saw, but without clouding our own judgments on each house.
