Tracy gave us sound advice in the sale of our parents home as well as the purchase of our condo. She is a great communicator and was able to get multiple offers. It was a very stressful time for my elderly mother and she held her hand thru every step. Her patience and kindness were very much appreciated and we would highly recommend her services.

Tracy Lauriente was truly exceptional at the selling of our home and the purchase as well, I met her through my parents whom also used her for buying and selling and couldn't say enough positive things about her. I was impressed with their level of knowledge and the amount of local information that they had about the market in our area. It was a no-brainer for me to work with her since I was set on buying in the same city and I’m so thankful she took the time always to arrange for us to see a variety of condos properties in the area we wanted. She was always so candid and provided her own perspective of different aspects of each condo that she thought would be relevant to our decision. We would highly recommend her to our family and friends and use her again in a heart beat.
