We planned to move to Victoria from another province and sought Tom’s help to find us a new home. For several months, he sent us listings of potential properties, which helped us get a good sense of what might suit us. When we found one listing that we were especially interested in, he interrupted his vacation to help us negotiate an offer which was accepted. He then helped us through the steps to finally complete the purchase. Tom was always available to answer our questions or provide direction. We were very satisfied with his services

I enjoyed the time I spent with Tom, for both selling and buying my homes. He was friendly, ready to answer questions and willing to get clear answers if my questions were just beyond his current knowledge. Tom was punctual for viewing appointments. He was tenacious in getting the right, complete documents that I needed for both selling and buying. Tom went above and beyond to help us not only find a house, but also find contractors and develop plans for a renovation prior to moving in. We are new to the city, and he genuinely spent time with us to help us get to know the area. He is undoubtedly the best agent we have dealt. We are thankful he was there to help us find a home and neighbourhood that we would love.

met Tom Hopper more than 2 yrs ago. We were out "open house looking" on a Sunday afternoon. We had been in our 3 story townhome for 7 yrs and we're comptemplating life without so many stairs. We spoke in general terms about what we thought would suit us and Tom was an active listener! We agreed to give him our contact info, but were in no hurry to more, just looking. Tom did not aggressively stay in constant contact, rather he'd call when he had a property he thought we'd truly be interested in. After considering a single family home, different townhomes and stacked condos, we agreed to sell and buy a condo. We're still in Esquimalt, close to grandkids, shopping, restaurants and more and couldn't be happier! The attention to detail, keen negotiations on our behalf by Tom and generous support by the Neal Estate team, we have a new home that is ideal for us in our stage of life.
