Tina was extremely helpful throughout the search and purchase process. She provided excellent advice and support during the purchase and throughout the closing and moving process. We could not be happier with our entire experience. She also provided advice regarding telephone and cable TV services in the area and also individuals providing services that may require including storage facilities in the area.

We only have words of praise and appreciation for the way that Tina helped us in our search for a new home which would meet our expectations. Due to our personal “must have” and “do not want” and “need it bigger” and “need it smaller” and “must have this or that” our search really only started when we came across Tina. She was the only agent who contacted us and then she started leading and guiding two “picky” retirees to a new home that met all our expectations. We just moved into the home, and we are still settling in, but, I can honestly state that the professional way that Tina treated and helped us, was top notch. If you want someone to walk the walk and talk the talk on real estate,, my husband and myself will always recommend Tina. (I call her the “Jewel of the Kawarthas”. 😉)
