Tim recently acted as our agent in the sale of our rental property. Tim's knowledge and expertise of selling a property that was occupied by a tenant was invaluable. Tim acted on our behalf with our tenant and arranged all viewings directly with the tenant. It was very hands off on our end, which we appreciated. I wanted to sell the property so I emailed Tim. That was Day 1. We met for the first time on Day 2. Tim came well prepared and provided me with a professionally prepared Market Analysis report. We met again on Day 3 and signed the Exclusive Seller Representation Agreement. Pictures were taken by a professional photographer right away.
