Tianna was absolutely amazing to work with from start to finish. She was extremely detailed and prepared to list our home. She kept us informed every step of the way , and I must say, this was the most stress free sales experience I've ever had.

I recently used Tianna to buy my first home. As a first time home buyer I had lots of questions and was unfamiliar with the process, she guided me every step of they way. I started my journey with her back in January where we met for coffee to go over what I was looking for, and the guidelines she would follow in assisting me. From January to March we looked at roughly 30 properties that were in my criteria. Tianna worked hard to find properties that she felt would meet my needs and tastes, as well as arranging the order we saw multiple houses to be as efficient as possible. Every time we met Tianna was always punctual and ready to show me houses with a cheerful attitude! Once I had found a house and wanted to put an offer in Tianna helped write up the proposal as well as suggesting bidding prices. Our bid went through 1-2 returns where Tianna would relay their counter offers and help recommend our own counter offer. After our offer was accepted Tianna helped with meeting conditions, she supplied me multiple options for house inspectors and lawyers since I was unsure who to pick. I appreciated that she had a handful of options for me to pick from. On the day of possession we met at the house and she gave me the keys, and we had a little photoshoot to commemorate. She also gave me a little home warming basket which was really sweet! All in all I really enjoyed my experience with Tianna as my realtor! I had tons of random questions related to the house buying process and she was happy to answer them with her plethora of housing knowledge! She made the whole process as straight forward and painless as possible!
