This is the third time I have asked Sophie to help me with my real estate transaction - two buys and one sell. Each time, I have had the best possible experience and outcome. I can't imagine asking anyone else to be my realtor. This time was the hardest, moving from another province and other challenges, and she helped and guided me thru every facet, from working with my selling realtor, helping me with the move, locating temporary housing, and then finding the property I purchased. Sophie was able to sell our condo after only 2 months in a very poor real estate market with a selling price that was very reasonable and only slightly less than what we had hoped for. She presented our condo very professionally on MLS and went the extra mile providing a floor plan and 3D virtual tour of our condo.
