Simon helped us purchase a pre-sale unit at the recently completed, Concord Brentwood Hillside East. He was very knowledgeable in the entire pre-sale process, and was able to help us obtain the type of unit we were looking for. Through the years of construction, Simon kept us appraised of amendment documents and summarized key highlights of such documents. At the time of closing, we were out of town, and he was able to obtain the keys for us. After we got back, he dropped off the keys and reviewed notable documents. All in all, a very smooth process.

It took about 2.5 years for my condo to complete. Simon had consistently maintained communication during my waiting process! Simon has been working with my family and friends on multiple transactions and I have to say I am so thankful to have met him a couple years back, without Simons professionalism and kind personality, I couldn’t get through all the stressful moments of the transactions. He is so helpful and I can’t imagine giving a less than 5 stars rating for him. Best agent in town.
