I purchased a corner lot in Cottage Club at Ghost Lake and even with a 'piece of dirt', Simon showed his skills, and experience negotiating this transaction for me. I have previously sold and purchased properties with Simon as my realtor, and this one was no different. He showed professionalism, patience, and integrity with all parties involved. Simon had connections and within a month, I was set up to have a draftsman who knew Rocky View County specifications and had all the architectural controls/designs sent in for preliminary approval to build the 'Dream Home'. Simon has shown consistently, that he cares about his clients, and is passionate about helping them find a property or home they will call their own. He is fair, hard-working, and generous with the time he puts into each transaction. His team put together a beautiful gift basket for me as a thank you, to reflect the lake life including colors and items that I would love, so thoughtful and kind! Simon and his team is very professional in the sale of our property. Simon is very knowledgeable in this industry. I won't hesitate to recommend him for anyone who want to sell their property. Before we choose him as our realtor, he is patient and did not interrupt our decision process as some realtor bombarded us by emails and phone calls to "connect". Also his virtual staging of furnitures and wall decorations was seamless and perfectly match our floor style and color & wall color to show to the potential buyers. Thus our house sold in one day and also well above our asking prices! The virtual staging also help us to save $2500 staging fee and eliminate the headache for leaving wall holes for hanging pictures and potential problems of timing of moving staging furnitures.
