<p>Using Simon as our realtor was an amazing experience!! This was our second home we had sold and we feel he went WAY over and above to sell our home. Our home pictures were amazing not your basic point and click pics most realtors do. He brought in a home measuring company to insure we sell our house at the proper sq/ft and had a professional stage consultant come to our home to offer advise. Simon has now helped many of our family and friends in sales and purchases and has become not just our realtor but someone we are proud to call a friend!!</p>

<p>With Simons expertise and knowledge about the fluctuating market we were able to sell our house for asking price in one day. He was fastidious in giving us new listings to look at and honest in his appraisals of potential properties. We trusted his judgement implicitly and would highly recommend him as a realtor!</p>
