During a very challenging season of life, Sheri was a godsend for me! From start to finish, she showed up with compassionate expertise and huge amounts of empathy. Not only did she close the sale of my home in only 2 days, she navigated the process while I was in another country. The guidance and recommendations she gave to prep and price my home were both accurate and effective. I was beyond happy with her negotiations and completely satisfied with the price and terms of the deal. I’ve been recommending Sheri to everyone I know since. She’s who you’d want looking after anyone you care about.

Sheri was very helpful mostly with negotiating skills and no pressure sales to me. I was not keen on her dismissing my experience as a long time home owner and a builder and my building inspector knowledge. (BC) That being said I still highly recommend her to my friend and family.
