Our family was faced with the need to sell a relatives condominium quickly to facilitate a move to a new residence. Seam McCann and his team gave us thoroughly researched pricing guidance based on comparables in the same building, created the listing, staged the property and conducted viewings, and sold the unit for the suggested price in the midst of a cooling market very quickly. We worked with several team members and every exchange with each team member was friendly, considerate, knowledgable and professional. Communication with the McCann Team were complete and through but quick and easy to keep up with and execute, a big help for me because I live in a different community than where the sale was, Our family approached this sale with some trepidation but we felt secure immediately with Sean and his team and there is clearly a great service culture in their office. Big thumbs up from me!

Sean and his team never applied pressure when it came to selling and always reminded us that we make the decisions and we would have Sean's full support. There was even a point where I just wanted to settle and start bidding but this team kept updating the available listings and kept booking places for me to continue to find my home. I bought a condo that I would not have been able to land without them and am absolutely so happy living out here. I've been meaning to post for a while regarding my incredible experience overall with realtor Sean McCann, aka the guy with dog and his amazing thoughtful knowledgeable team that are always readily available! We sold our house with Sean after being impressed with his facts, method and likability. But recently in an effort to buy my own place, I have been benefiting from his incomparable knowledge, advice , foresight and no pressure attitude as I drag him around showing me every property I want to see or strategize offers!
