After quickly getting to know our situation & the speed in which we hoped to sell, he prepared for the sale of our home using current marketing tools including a video of our unique area, a major selling point in our case. The house was on the market 2 days & we received several good offers, one of these we accepted. Knowledgeable & trustworthy Sean guided us through the entire process.
