Scott Moe & his amazing team with Toni, Marketa & Ona are in my opinion the absolute best! My fist move with Scott’s help was three months after my husbands passing. This guy gets top marks! He listened to my needs, helped me with my wants - no pressure, just kind, understanding help. Now thirteen years later, one more downsize for me & there is no one else I would ever call! This time it was Toni & she has the same skill set & integrity. Moving is hard, but this team makes it as easy as it can be! Thanks to the incredible Scott Moe Team!!

Scott brings a fantastic mix of customer service, real estate expertise, and marketing savvy. We were looking to purchase a house in the Surrey or Langley area when there were very few options available. Scott made sure he understood our needs and could effectively help in the search process. When we found the house we wanted, he helped as a calming influence during the purchasing and negotiating process. Then when it came to selling our house, he was able to bring in multiple potential buyers in the first week and we sold for our desired asking price. But his support didn’t end there. He helped us through multiple scenarios with our move dates, legal processes, new home deficiency walkthrough, moving company referral, and contingency planning. We realized it’s more than getting the right price for our home. Customer care is incredibly important and Scott was there for us from start to finish. We would highly recommend Scott and his team. <p>We retained Scott Moe after an unsatisfactory experience with another realtor. The change was well worth it. Scott quickly provided great visual documents for the listings and on-site signage. The market was slow until Christmas but rapidly improved early in 2021. We had an offer that collapsed the day the subjects were to be removed. Scott responded by contacting all previously interested parties and giving them a timeline to submit a bid. We had two bids over asking price and ended up working with the better one to refine the timeline. Our experience showed that Scott was able to roll with the punches and turn a potential lemon into lemonade.</p>

What can I say about Scott and Toni!? They were absolutely amazing during the whole buying and selling process. Not only did they help us get an accepted offer on our dream home before we even listed our place, but because my in-laws were moving in with us, their house had to be listed and sold as well. Once listed, our place had an accepted offer within a day and my in-laws had an accepted offer within a week. The process could have ended up being incredibly stressful, but because of Scott and Toni’s professionalism, knowledge, and negotiation skills, it ended up being a great experience!

Working with Scott Moe and his team was the best experience I’ve ever had buying or selling a house. He is extremely knowledgable, the best in the business.
