I highly recommend Scott as your realtor! We have had the pleasure of working with him for a second time and this experience really showed me the value of his years of experience. We ended up in a bit of a jam when buyers walked from an accepted offer on our condo while we had an a/o on a house. We relied heavily on his advice to pivot quickly and get a new buyer. He also guided us through due diligence on the house and the information was used to lower the final offer. I was so glad he was able to advise us while making some big decisions under significant time pressures and I could not be happier with the outcomes. Scott also leans on his background in construction when viewing properties, which lifts of veil of “buyer beware”. We were able to see some renovations for the lipstick that they were, and were able to identify quality work and actual important (but unseen) maintenance that is so desperately lacking in the Victoria market.

Two purchases through Scott has led us to appreciate his knowledge of the industry and the area. Punctual and always reachable when needed.
