Sam went above and beyond what was expected to help us find exactly what we needed. He guided us and helped us tremendously throughout the entire process. Sam was patient with us as we are new to renting in Canada. He was very knowledgeable and went through all the paperwork thoroughly with us. He was extremely accommodating regarding scheduling viewings and making himself available on short notice when necessary. Sam became more of a friend to us during this time, we truly felt that he genuinely wanted us to find a place that would make us feel comfortable and at the same time checked all criteria on our list. When my wife and I contacted Sam for help in finding our New Home it was smooth sailing from that day on. Words can not express the love and devotion Sam has for his profession. This is long due but I can only say good things about Sam. He was honest & very efficient. We sold our home with Sam, he told us what to expect & effectively prepared us for it. For example, he gave us the tools to start the process of decluttering. He’s also very personable. Thanks again Sam!
