Sam helped us sell our investment property in October 2020. After faced with several challenges with selling the property, Sam helped us plan and organize what needed to be done in order to ensure a quick sale above asking price. He did just that and at $38k above asking. He has been a pleasure to work with. Very personable,heplful and impeccable response time. We highly recommend!

Sam was very efficient and patient with us when we were looking for a home. It was difficult to navigate at times because it is such a hot seller's market. But Sam was able to find us an amazing property in no time. Most importantly, he gave us really good advice and geared us towards a much better property. We are all set to close.
