Sam is an extremely knowledgeable professional who has his clients' best interest at heart. And it shows every step of the process: he went above and beyond to understand our needs, guide us through the process, arrange showings and inspections and advise us, and most importantly, to negotiate a perfect deal for us on the house we fell in love with. Sam's support was invaluable for us to find not simply a house, but the perfect place to call home.

We had been seeing several properties over several months with another realtor and nothing worked out. We were then referred to Sam by a friend and we ended up purchasing the first property that we offered through Sam. Sam did some research and provided us a number for the value for the property, which helped us in determining the max we can offer on the property. He strategically put in a pre-emptive offer, which I think helped us win the offer. Sam was always available for questions and gave all the information that we asked for.

Sam was amazing in helping sell my parents home. My parents had lived in their house for 35 years and he was honest about what needed to be done to ensure that we got top dollar for it. He kept us informed along the way and was always available for a chat or to answer any questions we had. We knew that Sam had my parents best interests at heart throughout the whole process.
