Samantha is an exceptional realtor. She guided and supported us both in our home buying and selling process knowing how emotional and stressful it was at times. But her patient, positive and reassuring manner made it less overwhelming. We were so impressed with her warmth, and genuine interest and care in us. She always made us feel that our interests were a priority above all else. Samantha really listens and it was very obvious how important it was to her to find the right home for us. Her advice was always honest and day or night whatever we needed she made herself available. Samantha always kept us informed of the up to date information, returning phone calls, texts and emails promptly. We very much appreciated her expertise when it came to negotiating. Her honed skills contributed to both the sale and purchase price we were very happy with. We were so fortunate to have a realtor as knowledgeable, professional, and invested in our process as much as Samantha was. Working with Samantha was an absolute joy. Working with Samantha was such a great experience. She’s professional, super knowledgeable, and always on top of things. She responds quickly and kept me in the loop the whole time, which I really appreciated. I never had to chase anything. She handled everything smoothly, even when things got a bit complicated. Honestly, she was dealing with things behind the scenes before they even became issues. On top of that, she’s friendly, easy to talk to, and you can tell she genuinely cares.
